shift PrintScreen doesn´t work

if you know what i´m saying


i´d like to know if there´s any program where i can do that, a program where i can export a paused image, and then import it to paint shop pro or something...


is there any program that allows me to do that???

Load the file into VirtualDub. Move the slider to the frame you want. Press Alt-PrintScreen to copy the image to your clipboard...
