    Gordian Knot Problem

Hi! This is my first post to this forum, but hopefully it won't be the last as I may have some advice for someone else her. Anyway, my problem is, I've been using Gordian Knot to encode movies and it works well (good prog). Just recently I reformatted and installed everything back on including DivX5 (not the "Pro" version dvdhackmaster) and when I try to encode with my old settings in Gordian Knot or any new settings in it, it comes up after the first pass with the message "ERROR frames counted differs from frames calculated" "correction impossible" and I end up with a file nowhere near the size it should be say, 64mb instead of 640mb! Anyone know the reason for this?
Thanks in advance to all replies!

    Reinstall GKnot 0.21 full version.
    Apply the 0.26 update.
    Apply the 0.26.1 update.
    Reinstall divx5.

And make sure to do it in that order.

Thanks!!! Worked a treat, I think when I had installed them before I'd put DivX5 on first. Next time I'll know.

Yeah, GKnot by default installs divx4. If you have already installed divx 5 then it gets overwritten.
