OggMux could not load SRT file

Hi all!
I did subtitle file with SubRip 1.11 in SRT format.
And when I want to mux my video, audio (2 tracks) and SRT file (2 files) with OggMux 0.9.4:
I have error message:
Can't render input file: Name of my files.
And:
Cant't render input pin ! and OggMux crash...
Anyone have an idea of my problem ?

have you got the latest ogg direct show filters installed (ogg0995.exe) ?

It's OggMux how crash when I launch the mux process.
I don't think that the DS filter are used by Ogg Mux ?
