Pb with encoding under flaskmpeg

I have a problem when I encode an episod of a cartoon. I think that it is a problem with the vob files because flaskmpeg always stops at the same time of encoding and with the same episod on each dvd.
It is the first time that I have this pb

Flask has TWO limitations regarding filesize:

1) It won't generate a file greater than 300,000 frames

2) It won't generate a file greater than 2Gigs

It is not the pb the episod has a length of twenty minutes (file generated up to 90 Mb)
