    Automatic DivX driver installation

Is there any way to automatically install
DivX drivers without any user action and prompting ?
May be there are any quiet mode in official installer of
other 3d party drivers that can be installed totally automatically (quetly) ?
This feature is definitely required, because it is very useful in presentation disks etc.

Certainly - by writing an appropriate "AUTORUN.INF" file for the CD. As long as the codec installation software itself requires no additional user action, you're home free (usually after a warm reboot). As far as "quiet mode", you could use a DOS command to "tunr off the echo" to the screen.

However, I won't provide you with any specifics, because I FIRMLY believe that everyone should be aware of what is being installed on their computers - whether for a positive purpose as you are describing, or for a nefarious one...

AFAIR DivX502Bundle.exe and other installers are interactive wizards
and require user to do some (many) actions.

Yes, user will be of course prompted about installation by MY software - but I wish that the actual installation (installer "wizard") will do its work without further interactivity (user at least required to press "Next") several times.

There is a thread at doom9's forum with instructions for building your own installer (or at least there used to be, I would not be surprised if it has been removed).

I'am not going to provide any more info on this, because I strongly agree with setarip, that the users should know what happens on their system.
Just telling people to get the codec from divx.com is much better. Futhermore you probably don't have permission to distribute the divx5 codec.
Donate your idle CPU time for something usefull.
