    Capturing 1394?

Is there a good program to capture IEEE 1394 i.e. FireWire video, one that can encode to a codec, like DivX, XviD, etc?

Open to other solutions, like WFM Wrapper. Anyone know how well they work?

      Nope

Virtualdub won't capture anything with a WDM driver. A 1394 card uses a WDM driver, probably because it's hot swappable, so what's plugged in can vary. Anyone else?

In the tools section of the www.dvdrhelp.com website there was a tool posted that could supposedly allow Virtualdub to capture with WDM drivers.

          Yes, but..

Yes, but it just gives me an error and quits.
That's the wrapper I was talking about. They're VERY buggy.
