How to add an "opening screen" and logo

Hi all, I need to add an "opening screen" (with title, author and so on) to my divx video

and (would be very good bat not as needed as the title)

a small logo of mine to the low-right corner.

All this preferly with virtualdub.

I searched all around but I find no guide aor hint about....

To add a logo, in VirtualDub use Donald Graft's logo filter...
