DivX 5.x Pro registration

Hi, I'm new around and I need some help. I've used the DivX 5 Pro codec for some weeks now and all worked well with Xmpeg until one day... I couldn't select it in the output plugin menu anymore.
So I reinstalled it and that didn't changed anything. I have tried newer versions (like 5.0.3), without results. The problem is that the registration program that comes with the codec just won't run, and I figured it's essential to activate the codec in order to use it.
So, if anybody has suggestions, I'd be glad to here them. Thanks.

the reg program that is included with the software won't run just because you have already registered it before.
if u registered e.g. version 5.0.1 and later u install e.g. 5.0.4, ur codec will be automatically registered, so the reg link won't run.

Thanks, I didn't realise it. And the stupid thing is my codec worked just fine all along, the problem was with Xmpeg. I just installed the 5,0b2 version and it's a charm.
