Authoring Divx ??

Someone knows if exist a software similar to Ulead DVD Movie Factory to create Divx CD with menu, image buttons to play with Kiss Divx Player ? I know many PC sw to do this; i'm searching something to create a Divx CD like VCD/SVCD/DVD
