TMPGEnc: Cannot load "P3Package.dll"

Due to my previous audio/video sync issues ive taken it upon myself to process both the audio and the video seperalty in vdub in hopes of load into TMPGEnc for encoding the pieces load in fine but when i hit the start button i get this erroe message

Cannot load "P3Package.dll"

Does anyone know what the hell that means and how i might be able to fix it?

n that is not the case i am not running dvd author that is somthing different this is just the standard basic freeware which i got from the sight and worked normally before

well everything should be fine now.. i removed everything TMPGEnc in my system from temp files to the registry and re-installed and now its going as we speak... now for the real test.. will it take care of the issue.. thanks anyway
