why all my movies are upside down? can someone help me?

do you have the g400 installed???? it seems that your graphic card or your system config is not able to deal with it!!

deinstall it , if so, and use ffdshow

If installing FFDshow didn't work.
Open up the config for FFDshow
scroll down to misc on the menu on the left
Click on Flip Video

Actually, it's DIVXG400...

actually shiny could be referring to the matrox g400 and then there'd be no point for being a smartaleck
