Dear All,
I've tried to get this problem solved on and off for 2 years... still won't give up!!
I'm trying a multi-language 2 disk movie. Disk 1 only has autorun. I have disabled all auto insert / autoplay features in XP using CloneCD..
I put disk 1 in.. drag MDVD.ini over the Mdvdp.exe file and the menu kicks in.. great! I go to chapter 5, can change subtitles on and off, great.. can change language between default Eng English and Man Mandarin, great....
Keeping the language on Eng.. I change to chapter 18, on disk 2. MDVDPlayer asks for disk 2, I change disk. The movie starts at chapter 18, great... I change subtitles on and off... great...
... I change language and...
'Unable to load audio file'
'File not found'
... program aborts... The program is at least consistent!!
Below is all the info about the 2 disks and their MDVD.ini files (without the menu pages). I really do appreciate you having a look.

PS. An aside.. Using 2 drives.. does MDVDPlayer scan all CD / DVD drives for 2nd, 3rd etc. disks?? I'm guessing it must, it picks up disks on the proviso the ID's are identical?!
