How to join avi and ac3 files?

I have *.avi file encoded in DrDivX with DivX5.0.2 Codec, and *.ac3 file. Can I join them and with what? I have already tryed VirtualDub and VirtualDubMod, but they don't support DivX5.0.2. Thanx!

Sure they do - but you have to have the codec installed on your system...
