DVX & WindowsXP

Hi!
Actually my o.s. is Windows ME and I'm planning to install WinXP, but I heard that it doesn't support DVX, Xmpeg and FlaskMpeg, is it true?
Does exist any DVX&Xmpeg version compatible with XP?

never cared for flask or its derivates though

I think I won't need Xmpeg any more; I used it for vob->mp3 conversion, but now, thanks to Kiss Technology, there's no reason to avoid using ogg/ogm!
