    Instability in VirtualDub

I've been encoding movies with VirtualDub for close to 3months now(mostly for Pocket PC), and up until now, had NO problems.

So, imagine my surprise when, after loading my avi file, it gave me the following warning:

[!] A video codec returned to VirtualDub with the floating-point unit in an
abnormal state. This indicates a bug in that module which could cause
application instability. Please check with the module vendor for an
updated version which addresses this problem. (Trap location:
    C:\p4root\dev_stable\VirtualDub\source\VideoSource .cpp:621, FPUCW = 033f)

[E] Internal error: Floating-point state was bad before entry to external code
    at (C:\p4root\dev_stable\VirtualDub\source\VideoSourc e.cpp:1716). This
indicates an uncaught bug either in an external driver or in VirtualDub
itself that could cause application instability. Please report this
    problem to the author!
    (FPU tag word = 033f)

When I tried to continue and attempted to encode to xvid, it worked fine until about the 22,000th frame, where it froze and gave an error about the frame preview timing out or something.

I tried this with versions 1.55 and 1.57 of Virtual Dub. The 1.55 version didn't have the warning but did stop at the 22,000 frame. The 1.57 version had both problems.

Please Help, I have windowsXP and am using dvd2avi for my vobs, ffdshow as well as divx Pro 5.05 and one of the Xvid builds(perhapes Koepi's). I'm willing to answer any other questions concerning info about my setup.

Any Help would be GREATLY appreciated.
