Damn it doesnt support windows ME, is there any other similar software which works with me?

You need win xp or 2k to be able to use TMPGEnc DVD Author to burn to your DVD burner. It has a 30 day free trial so I would d/l it and see if the author part works with ME. I never used ME so I don't know for sure but I have used it with win 98 2nd edition. Worth a free try.
