error -2 in virtualdubmod

Hello!
I've got this error with the following alert:
Cannot start video compression-
The source image format is not acceptable (error code -2).

I was trying to full processing an divx5.02 file with filter "resize".

I run the divx 5.1 codec (pro version) and I tryed with the new size 640*400.

I tryed also with other divx5 files and always with the same result.
It only succeded with divx3 files or xvid files, with resize or cropp filters.
I saw the message in the video compression tab that indicates format restrictions. x4 x2 and 24x32 but i don't understand what he means.
Can you help me ?

HI,

Have seen this issue too, not really heavily looked in to it yet, but going to re-setting the Divx 5 codec to Defaults seemed to fix the problem.
