Problems with Nandub & GKnot

I recently found a very good dutch manual (so I thought) for making divx in SBC. I found it on the following site: http://home.wanadoo.nl/gamecopyfreak...index.html#sbc
They say GKnot sets Nandub for you. I followed the manuel on the letter. But of 4 times I tried none of them succeded.
The problem is that I have on some random parts of the movie frames who repates them selves. I also see that differnce when I do the same movie in flaskmpeg. In Flask I have +-180000 frames and in Nandub +-220000. The consequence is that my audio doesn't match too when I put the 2 together.
If someone knows what to do to solve this plzzzz help me.
