Problem with splitting BivX

I've just "created" my first Divx. I got it in one single file with two audio streams and English subtitles. It works perfectly, but when I split the file with VirtualDub I have only one audio stream. How can I get both streams in the split avi files?

VD can oinly handle 1 audio-stram. Maybe you can use nandub.
