DivX 5.0??

I heard there is a DivX5.0 out. Is this true? What are its advantages from DivX 4.12? and where do i get it from?

It's out, and with three different flavours to choose from.

It's advantages are many over 4.12, as far as features go. I haven't personally tried using it and won't until it stops taking over 3.11a content playback without my permission.
