How can i join two subtitle files?

Try Subtitle Workshop (it's free)

After install and run the program:
Go to Tools=>Join Subtitles...=>press add and load the subtitles to join=> select the output format (srt; sub; ssa...) and the output framerate, then press join!, name the output file and press save =>done!
