Pb with Flaskmpeg

I hare recently reinstall my OS Windows XP
So I have reinstall Flaskmpeg 3.0e Xis.
When I use a audio codec such as Radium Codec or Lame Mp3 which are not installed by default with the software, I have always the same error message when I start the compilation :
"an error ocured when trying to generate the file.
Check that you're not using the output file or the progam is setup correctly".
It is the case for example when I use 44100 kHz 96 kbt/s Stereo (which come fron the installation of audio Radium Codec) whereas with 22050 kHz 96 kbts Stereo (instal by default) it's ok.

Before the reinstalation of my OS all was perfect. I have tried with
0.6 it is the same
I don't the see where the problem comes from ?

I think this is a problem with conflicting mp3 codecs try uninstalling all mp3 codecs except the one you want to use.

To uninstall an audio codec go into 'control panel'->'Multimedia'->'Devices'->'Audio Compression Codecs'

Select the codec you want to remove and click 'Propertioes'->'Remove'

Have you considered installing the most recent version - 4.5?

You say that there is a new version of Flaskmpeg Xis 4.5
If it is the case could you give me a web site where i can find it
