encoding with nandub 0.21

i used to encode my dv video with nandub 0.21 with sbc procedure.
i pass from win 2000 to xp and now impossible to first pass my video (statistic analysis of video) the software want to encode directly my video (3 mo) to 21 Go!!!! so it stops to 2 Go i think the software cannot find the divx codec. How can i do to link nandub and the rigth divx codec (3.11 or 4.12 in theory)? is there a compatibility problem with xp?
