Is there anyway to make Flask's audioout file a wav?

The Flask conversion always saves it as an ac3 file. I tried changing the extension to .wav but if I open it, it says it's not a valid wav file. I then tried changing the name of the audioutfile to "audioout.wav" but it just saves it as "audioout.wav.ac3" Can anyone help me?

Select PCM in the audio compressor section.

I just tried setting it to PCM but that was what it was in the first place. The audio streams, (from the ripped VOB files,) are AC3 and Flask keeps making the audiout into an AC3 file. Can I make into a wav file or is there nothing I can do?

Under the "Audio" tab(from within "Global Project Options (Export Movie Settings)"), change the selection to "Decode Audio"...

You're not talking about the thing that puts the audio in an audioOut file, are you? If you are, I've already tried that.
