How can I turn a 90 min DVD into a DIVX file less than 700 mb?

I have all the .vob files extracted from the dvd I want converted. How would I have this be made into a less than 700 mb DIVX? What program should I use? What settings?

i dont know where your other post is but:

-use Gknot and you should have no problems. Just remember to select 700mb for the end file size. Dont forget to include the audio size for this calculation.
