Telestream Flip Factory
I'm having an issue with Telestream Flip Factory. We're basically just transcoding mpeg2 files into wmv proxies for virage asset management. All of my straight from encode files are transcoding fine. But if I have to do any editing on any of the programs (we're transcoding to avi, exporting the avi and transcoding back to mpeg2) the audio and video lose sync in the proxy. However, the sync is fine on the mpeg2 file, and seems to transcode fine on other programs like procoder.
Also, we've had this program running for at least a good 6 years, and this has never been a problem. Files that had gone through fine a month ago are now losing sync, so I'm sure it's an issue with flip factory. Unfortunately we haven't kept up with the service pack, so I can't call for assistance.
