I installed virtaualdub and vobsub when i open virtualdub, load the movie, go to filters add the vobsub filter it says 320 x 270 320 x 270 vobsub 2.15 ((not loaded)), how can i add subtitles to an avi for then convert this avi subtituled to mpg. thanks

Firstly I have problems with vobsub 2.15/virtdub so I went back to 2.14.
Once in virtdub setup filters, resize etc and then choose Textsub (only make sure that it's in a format that Textsub can read. Setup styles etc. and view the results in the preview. Once satisfied with your results then frameserve from Virtdud to your favorite encoder..........Tempenc I recommend. Audio and video are served from Virtdub so just choose the appropriate vdr file...I hope this helps
