Flaskmpeg_0594 Problem

Whenever I try to convert mpeg to avi using flaskmpeg,it crashes at 85%,86%,95% etc.I restart my PC and try over and over again but flaskmpeg_0594 fails to convert the file fully,it crashes before the conversion is finish.Virtualdub cannot convert the mpeg file.How do I fix this?

If the video is long, you may be approaching the 2Gig size limit for Flask v.0.594. If this is the case, when you are selecting your video codec and audio settings, put a checkmark in the box labeled "Split file after" (and leave it at "3600 seconds").

The result of this will be multiple, small, sequentially numbered .AVI files, which can be readily joined in VirtualDub...
