Syncronizer

Hello... i'm new!
I have a problem that has no answer... I'm seraching for a software like adobe premiere, but more fast, to syncronize divx!
I tried Virtual Dub, but the syncronize options were too simply...
I need a program like premiere.... A mix of virtual dub and Sound Forge......
Please help me!
