You need to set a path to your CCE folder. Read the very good help file Night.
CCE Basic can be obtained for US$58 at http://www.cinemacraft.com/eng/basic.html
Note - It is not necessary to have CCE to make DVD Rebuilder work. You may just set any folder (e.g. C:\) and use the free encoders - e.g HCEnc or Quenc.
