I just got DVD Rebuilder Pro yesterday I have a question about HC I looked and can't find the answer how do I use this I know this acting noobish and I apologize

the bitrate bias was introduced with hc 015
- added *BIAS command to tweak the compression curve
VBR (VariableBitRate) will result in lower bitrates on the low end and higher peaks on the other side
dont go too much in the CBR direction -

Keep it where it is. If you wanna experiment, use Matrix Editor, to encode little bits of your project with HC set at a diff bias.

Thanks for the tip blu Sorry for the noobish question it threw me off that feature wasn't in the free version and I have had only 1 day to play around with the pro version
