HC 018 vs HC 017

latest HC Enc 018 was released recently so i used the hc 017 screenshots and made another testrun with hc 018

018 shows less grain in most of the frames i compared

version 0.18 does look a little better. I can't believe this is free.

despite the fact that the pc does the main job it still takes quite some time taking the screenshots, comparing them, creating the html files, uploading them

but well, i do like to see comparisons myself so i always felt i need to contribute
