DVD Rebuilder questions

Hello to all!

I wonder if anyone can give me some tips on how to use DVD rebuilder please, the help page is over my head a little.

I want to know if it does a better job than DVD Shrink, also does it have the same facility for shrinking a movie.

Finally does anyone know of a good step by step guide, I'm pretty new at this so I need fairly straightforward guidance.
