Seems pretty straightforward.. DVD2One won't run on anything newer than High Sierra on macOS.. The author hasn't made an update. And emails about making a 64-bit version have gone unanswered.

I for one would pay the upgrade fee for a new version where the only change was it being updated to 64-bit and able to run on Mojave or Catalina.
