Min PC spec to run TMPGEnc fast and effortlessly?

I'm in the market for a new PC. What's the min spec you would recommend to run TMPGEnc fast and effortlessly? Should I focus the most resources on CPU speed, vidcard or amount of RAM?

I have owned computers that TMPGEnc Plus runs well on at 700mhtz computers and on 2.8ghtz computers.

Set your operating system, hopefully XP, for automatic distribution of resources and have at least 1gb of RAM installed and if your computer is cleaned up you should have no problems running TMPGENnc.
I view CPU speed and RAM as the most important and XP operating system and NOT vista.
