Need Help

Hi there just wanting to no how I go about having a main menu page thats got a button on it to play the video and a button to go to the chapters page.

Im using TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 with DivX® Authoring trail. Mite buy it if This is possable to do as I have not found a good dvd maker program yet.
