TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 how to unlock locked templates???

i been going thru the programs every options and for the life of me i cant seem to find how to unlock the locked templates so i can edit whatever, im sure there must be a way to unlock when u choose a template. What i mean is that when i choose one of the templates i cant edit anything dvd author created for me and this is really ignoring please can some one help.....
