TMPGEnc adding black bars
I’m having a strange problem with TMPGEnc. I am using version 4.4.1.237 of TMPGEnc xpress. Each time I try and convert a video (so far I have just been converting 720x480 videos) TMPGEnc adds about a 10 pixel wide black bars on the top and bottom. The input format is 720x480 divx videos with pixel aspect ratio 1:1. When I output to wmv at 720x480 it is fine and the video is the same as the input with no black bars. However if I try and output the same video to avi at 720x480(uncompressed or divx with aspct of 1:1) it adds the black bars and scrunches my video. Does anyone know why this is?
Also if I use TMPGEnc and crop the video by 2 pixels and then output to 720x478, the black bars are gone. But so are 2 pixel rows of my video.
