TMPCEnc Xpress 0x800700B7

I got the error 0x800700B7: Impossible create the file, if the file exists yet using the TMPCEnc Xpress 4.6.266 as MP4/2-pass VBR output and the old DivX files as input.
If I record on batch encode tool, it works without any error.

Another problem with DivX encoder and 2 pass quality: i got the error Access Denied - 0x80070005.
Don't work on the batch encode tool.

My OS is WinVista SP1 x64, and my system is:
Cpu: Q6600,
Mb: P5Q Deluxe,
Ram: 2x2Gbyte Dominator 1066Mhz,
Gpu: nVidia 8800 GT
