How come I can't find H264?

Hello, new guy here, seeking some pro help.

Anyway, I can't seem to find the H264 encoding option, even though I installed it with the ffdshow thingy.
TMPGenc does show H263 though....any ideas?
Srry, I'm pretty new to all this stuff.

as far i know tmpgenc xpress doesn't support H264 encoding. maybe a separate plug-in is required. check the website of tmpgenc

The tool may show MPEG4 AVC rather than saying H.264 directly. Go figure.
