Please Help with Subtitles

I want to include subtitles on my movies so I can burn for my VCD.
Do you know of any program that can do that??????????

You could use "VOB Sub" in conjunction with "VirtualDubMod" (or any of the other variants), but you will have to save the output as an AVI (DivX or XviD), then use "TMPGEnc" or similar to convert to VCD.
