Correct Codec for DivX 3.11

I have downloaded DivX at least 4 times and each time it says " The disk labeled 'DivX;-]MPEG-4Video codec install disk' is now required". My question is where can I find a complete download of DivX 3.11. The one on the DivX Digest page is not helping. All help is appreciated as you can definitely tell I am a newbie.

Have you tried simply clicking on the "OK" radio button when you see that message?

Yes, I have pressed the OK and then it asks for the disk that has the file on it. What disk? I thought this was a full program. Thanks for your help.

If you haven't yet found the divx 3.11 alpha codec then the easiest way is simply to send it to you. It's not very big. A temporary hotmail accnt and post the email addy here. Choice is yours to make.
