    DVD2SVCD or CCE 2.5 Problems?

I'm having problems with DVD2SVCD ver 1.09 build 3. Actually, I think it may really be a problem with my cracked version of Cinema Craft Encoder 2.5 (CCE) that I use in conjuction with DVD2SVCD.

Everytime I send a DVDRipped AVI through CCE I get the following message "avisource: failed to decompress frame 81462 (error - 100)" in the outputted MPG. If i'm converting a 90 min movie, 80 minutes of it converts perfectly and the last ten minutes will have this message displayed in place of the video. The audio will still play correctly, but there won't be any video just the message.

Does anyone know what I can do to rectify this situation? I've converted a ton of movies with this program, but now its gone haywire on me.

    Hi,

It seems that the video file contains a corrupt frame. All you have 2 do is download a program called divfix and run the file thru it... It tells you if the file contains errors of some sort, before you start checking the file enable: 'Keep original file' and 'Cut out bad parts' this will cut out the corrupted frames, but you won't even notice it when you play it back because 1 or 2 frames is not much when you're running 25 frames/second...
First do this and then run it through DVD2SVCD again. Now it must run perfectly through all frames...

Let me know if you succeeded....

I added a link to the DivFix download site:

    divfix
At every wedding my grandma's were poking me and saying 'You're next'. They stopped doing that when i started doing the same thing on funerals.
