dvd2svcd errors, help

I am trying to rip a dvd using dvd2svcd & i keep getting this error...Access violation at address 00403FF8 in module 'DVD2SVCD.exe'. Read of
address 309A5212 , on this one dvd. does anyone know what to do from here????
please help
