DVD To VCD: need som help.

Hello all, first of all I just want to tell that I`m a total newbe on this I have manage to make my first vcd movie but I have a little problem with it, so therefor I need your help.

I have two questions to ask, but first I will let you all now wat I`m using to make my moves ok.

smart-ripper241 (I used the files function when I riped)
flaskmpeg_0594 (did almost nothing adjustment on it )
bbMpeg encoder ( this was alredy in the flaskmpeg)

Question 1:

I have cupple of dvd movies and one of them dont tell if it is a PAL or NTSE on the cover, it say nothing about that stuff on the backside of the cover.

howe can I find out if the dvd movie is PAL or NTSE ?
does the answer include all types of dvd movies ?

Question 2:

I have maked my first movie and the quality is greate, the sound too. but almost in the end of the movie the sound just disapear and I have 5 min left of the movie without sound.

does anyone now wat this can be or wat I have done wrong ?


Question 3:

I have selected a movie to rip and encode, I want to add a subtitle to it and I selected the Norwegian subtitle for it.
I selected this in the flask (marked the subtitle line) and then I encoded it (making it). When the the movie was finnish and I tested it, the subtiltle was not there. I did this to another movie as well and this time it worked. ( I used the same adjustments in flask)

wat could be wrong with the first movie I tryed ?

Load the ripped DVD into Flask. Select Flask's player. Look at the framerates indicated under Flask's player (PAL will always be 25Fps)...
