dvd2svcd 1 bin/cue file

i have used dvd2svcd for sometime now
but the last movie i converted ended up as 1 bin/cue file which was the second half of the movie
so i think it created the first half then over wrote it with the second ??
i maybe wrong ??
could someone help me out here please

i tried it twice on the same movie
don't want to try a new movie (9hours encoding) until i see if anyone else had the same problem
