svcd w/ subtitles

hello folks!

maybe one of you out there can help me. i know how to rip and all that but i still got a problem with subtitles. there is a program called "movie jack" that can add subtitles directly into the svcd file. all i've ever seen are programs that extract the subtitles into txt-files and that's it. but this program somehow get's them right into the movie file. but how do i do this manually (since i don't really like movie jack)? would be nice if someone out there is able to explain some of that to me.
