Help Please!!!

I have Gone in 60 seconds avi movie, and spanish subrip subtitles, when i see it with radlight player and load the subtitles it seems to be all ok, but i like to make a vcd with subtitles, when i see the movie in Vdub with the subs loaded there is a problem:
The first subtitle says that will appear in frame 2750, in RadLight it appears correct but in VDub it appears in frame 2638, How can I correct this???

try doing what you did in virtualdubmod or nandub.
