I am having trouble converting all divx and xvid files to VCD. I have used Nero and TMPGenc to convert the files to the right format, but after that they play upsidedown in my dvd player and in windows media player(havent tried it in any others). I have tried some suggested solutions but none have fixed it. Does anyone know what to do?

There are loads of tutorials on how to do this. I think you shouldn't use nero in the beginning, but only when you burn it later on. Let me give you some examples on how to do it:
