new free software to calculate correct chapter layout on VCD

I've developed a little tool to recalculate chapter layout while convert DVD to VCDs.

It's simple but much useful to convert Musical DVD into many VCDs

Wanted to give your program a try, but:

Please leave your name and e-mail address... The name and email address are needed only to count how many downloads are happened.

You can have a counter for downloads without asking people to leave their names AND e-mail...
